I have been humming and harring (that's not a word is it?) a many yonder to start a blog. I've been quietly soaking up a lot of research recently, reading blogs on many different topics and thought looks like a laugh, right?
I've strangely taken up the liking of watching beauty videos, they are oddly relaxing to watch. Admittedly, I've watched too many that is healthy last month and resulted in a much less desired bank balance after watching reviews and doing my own "haul" at Boots. Oh dear. Pixiwoo, viviannadoesmakeup, amodelreccommends, essiebutton are but a few. I don't want to do videos! but beauty is something I dig.
I work in media, working for a well known photographer and have a good knowledge of the industry, what's going on someone out there may find interesting and I have a undying love for magazines - to the point I hide quite a lot previous purchases from my housemates in suitcases! Whether I release who I work for... I haven't decided yet. It probably wouldn't take much googling to find out I could imagine.
I came to London expecting to work my way up the ladder of assisting to be a photographer. 4 years later I've progressed well into production and manager roles which I love doing. I know take photographers to amuse myself and you can see them here.
I'm soon to set off on a jet plane but will know when I will be back again to explore a bit more of Asia. Shanghai (if I can get a visa *fingerscrossed*) -> Hong Kong -> Tokyo. I've already been to Japan two years ago, it was straight after the 2011 earthquake and Tokyo wasn't running on full power, so looking forward to seeing it in it's full glory without aftershocks! The fear, the fear.
